Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Yesterday tried to print a color chart. Colors awful.  I have replaced both cartridges . I have aligned print and cleaned heads (1st & 2nd level). Looks like the BLACK is missing but get a reasonable print of an email message - i.e. looks almost black. I use the HP Smart App but seems limited - i.e. doesn't appear to check colors. [Glad I don't pay HP by Page for printing !]

 

Appreciate any help.

Could try ordering new cartridges (black anyway) May have been stored in a over warn environment - i.e. a drawer unit whicH backs onto radiator (is ON)
