HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer

The print quality is poor, with letters and lines appearing cut off and faded. The text is blurry, and some parts are missing, making it hard to read clearly. The virtual assistant indicates that the ink level is high. I've cleaned the printer cartridge and aligned the paper, but none of these steps have worked to improve the printing quality. I don't know what to do. I'm on the monthly plan, but HP won't send a new ink cartridge since the printer still shows that the ink level is high. Any suggestions? Thank you!
