Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

Finally getting around to diagnosing house printer that has had yellow streaks for several months. The yellow toner cartridge (from 3 pack CF253XM) is at 90%/187 pages. Is there any way to exchange on another? Is there any way to clean the roller?

 

I tried to go through the customer service contact us page but couldn't figure out how to contact anyone there.
