Pre set up printer cartridges

We have been gifted this printer and when trying to set it up the printer it states it needs the pre set up cartridges installing...which it has in it, how can i overide this? Is this because the printer has already been set up under a different account? I have the app and have also tried on the laptop, its telling me on the laptop that their is ink and that the cartridges are the pre set up ones!! Please help need to be able to print my childs school work for home schooling!!

Unfortunately it is not possible to bypass the setup cartridges for the HP Deskjet 2700 since this printer does not have a control panel to access the Support Menu

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement setup cartridges

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
