MFP M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a MFP M281fdw printer and HP Inkjet paper (CH097a) that is 5x7" (127x178mm; 53lb 200g/m2).  I cannot get photos to printer properly.  I've tried the manual feed (tray 1) and putting the 5x7 paper in tray 2.  All photos I print are cut-off.

I've tried the following combinations w/o success:

Paper Size

8.5x11

JIS B6 (5.04x7.17)

Japan double Hagaki Postcard Rotated (5.83x7.87)

5x8

I always use Paper Type = Card Glossy (176-220g)

I've also tried 'shrink to fit' and 'fill page.' with the above paper sizes.

Any help would be great.

@shamus57, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the printer specifications, this model printer does not support printing on a 5x7 paper. You may check under Paper handling section.

To know how to load the photo papers, refer to - Loading Paper and Envelopes
