I have the OfficeJet Pro 9025. When I print the diagnostic page it shows me that I need to do an alignment of the printhead. When I do the alignment and scan the sheet that prints out I get a notice saying the sheet was not detected. It asks if I want to try again which I say yes and then it tells me that the alignment was incomplete and settings were set back to original settings. When I am printing there are lines that do not print correctly. I have tried cleaning the printhead, checking my ink, restarting the printer. Nothing is working.
