Print colors are off following ink replacement

My HP printer 8020 laserjet was purchased in October 2020 and has been used unfrequently since. It has worked very well up until the ink cartridges had to be replaced. HP Support set me a replacement kit which was installed on Feb 18 2021.

Since then, the color printer is completely off; one or more than one color may not be printing (?). The prints, including the test pages, are dominant yellow/pink. The monochrome printing (black and white) seems to be fine. Basically unable to print in color following replacement of all cartridges (C,B,Y,B). I have used the Help / Support function including 'clean' and 'alignment' procedures without any improvement. The diagnostic test shows that the printer is fully functional and free of any fault. All cartridges are full.
