Print head cyan wont clean

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)



I replaced my ink cartridges with brand new HP brand cartridges but cyan will not print. I have ran the print head cleaning several times, ran through everything the virtual agent suggests and there is no improvement. I checked the cyan cartridge specifically and there is plenty of ink released from it. I'm hoping someone can help me since the housing for the cartridges can't be removed. I'm guessing the problem/clog is on the bottom where it can't be gotten to. Of course the product is out of warranty and I've only used it a handful of times for colored prints so I'm really hoping someone can give me help so I don't have to buy a whole new printer again.
