When I print the words are cut off. I tried the alignment and it did not help. I’m not sure what to do.

Welcome to the HP Community --

Sure and it is more difficult to guess what to do without knowing important information about the Printer.

For example --

The HP DeskJet series, for example, nearly all models of DeskJet Printers, require a larger margin along the bottom edge AND these printers do not support Borderless.

If a hardware limitation is the source of the "cut off", the solution is to make sure all margins are no less than 12.7mm (1/2 inch).

If that ids not the source of the issue, there might be job configuration issues or a problem with missing apps or software.

What?

Considerations must be given to any hardware limitations of any model that is limited by the hardware.

Example,

At this writing, DeskJet printers do not support borderless printing.

At this writing, DeskJet printers require a larger margin along the bottom edge -- 12.7mm (1/2 inch)

Borderless PrintingNo
Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm
