Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M554dn Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet M554dn Printer. Printing faded on left side, replaced ink cartridge with new cartridge. Now it is faded on the Right side of the page. Ran calibration, no change.

If you install back old cartridge is then faded on left again?

Unfortunately we threw it away so I can't check that. Is there a chance it is the cartridge?

It might be, since the faded change from one side to other after cartridge replacement. If the fade was on the same side with 2 different cartridges then it's probably printer issue.
