Product: HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have run all the printer maintenance tools - printer quality report, aligned the printhead, cleaned smear, cleaned the printhead and carried out a level 2 cleaning. The print quality on the reports is poor - colours are seen, but very faintly. The cartridges are new and the smart app. reports that there are no issues found. The firmware is up-to-date as are the updates available for Windows 10. If I try and print from Microsoft Word a blank page is produced.
Would anyone be able to advise?
