Print quality

My machine is an HP 5746. The machine worked perfectly until a few days ago.  Now, copy prints as if the ink is running out, but the inkwell is full.  I cleaned the machine rollers and  glass plate using a lint free cloth with a little alcohol.  I tried printing from the feeder, on the glass plate, I used the settings cleaning function, performed a realignment and printed a quality report.  All those seem to be fine.  Can anyone help?

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
