HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer

I just set up my new hp printer officejet pro 9010e and during the cartridge setup it indicated that one was damaged. But it had me take them out and put them back in and everything ended up working. But I have printed a few pictures and the quality of the photo is extremely poor, I compared pictures with my older inkjet printer and my older printer quality is 10 times better than this new printer. Is there any settings I need to change or is this just how it will be?

I understand that you are having issues with the print quality.

Update the firmware. Click here

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
