Hi @THUY2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 3755 All-In-One Printer is not printing in color, or it's not printing black either, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue. Here's what you can do.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and securely snapped into place. It's possible that they might not be making good contact with the printer.

Clean the Cartridges:

  • Sometimes the ink nozzles on the cartridges can get clogged. You can try using the printer's built-in cleaning function to clean the cartridges. Refer to your printer's manual for specific instructions on how to do this.

Printer Alignment:

  • Some printers require regular alignment to ensure the ink is correctly placed on the paper. Check your printer's manual for instructions on how to align the print heads.

Printer Software:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers and software installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can cause printing issues. Visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.

Paper Quality:

  • Make sure you are using the correct type and size of paper for your print job. Sometimes using the wrong type of paper can affect the quality of the printed output.

Check for Error Messages:

  • Look for any error messages or blinking lights on the printer. These can often provide clues as to what the issue might be.

Restart the Printer:

  • Try turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, and then plugging it back in. Power cycling the printer can sometimes resolve minor issues.

Perform a Test Page:

  • Most printers have a self-test or diagnostic page that you can print directly from the printer. Refer to your printer's manual on how to do this. If the test page prints with color and black ink, it may be an issue with the document or software you're trying to print from.

Check for Empty Ink Cartridges:

  • Even if your cartridges are full, there could be an issue with the ink cartridges themselves. Check for any protective tape or plastic covers that should have been removed before installation.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
