HP Photosmart 6520 series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I try to print any type of text be it a spreadsheet or document, there are parts of the text that is missing. I replaced all the cartridges with new ink, I ran all the device services and all the results look good. The printer is aligned and cleaned. However, I can't print any pages without missing text. See picture.

Any thoughts on why this would be happening? I don't want to buy another printer yet.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting white lines between the prints.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?

Hello, Thanks for responding. I had seen these steps before and had already gone through them to no avail. I am attaching two photos of documents I printed right after each other. One looks fine and the other is unreadable. It doesn't make any sense. I never know which documents will print correctly and which ones will not.
