I have replaced the cartridges with new HP cartridges, with ones from the Ink Subscription, I have restarted it many times, and I have cleaned where the cartridges connect to in the printer and the printer still gives me this error and doesn't print.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.

I followed all the instructions and it almost worked. I got to step 5 and cleaned electrical contacts and it worked shortly. It seemed to solve the issue. The error message went away. So I clicked Cartridge Alignment under Printer Maintenance so that I could test it out. It started to work and then I got the error again. So I went ahead and paid for the HP 2 Years Post Warranty Care Pack. What's the next step? Can I get parts of my printer replaced?
