HP Recommended

When I am printing it will not print the bottom of my paper. I have tried shrinking the image to make sure the entire image fits and it will not work. I have it set to fit to printable area and this does not help either. Any step by step directions of how to fix this would be helpful. It happens on all forms of media I print from my macbook.
