Hello! I have had several problems with my HP EVNY 6055 Printer recently! First off, I made it connect from a USB to the internet because the place I was living did not allow internet and now I am somewhere else and I cannot get it back onto the internet. But that is not my problem for today, though I would love assistance with that issue as well! I used my printer this morning and my pages printed out fine. I went to do it several hours later and it began printing blank pages, I replaced the ink and that was not the source of the issue. I do not know what to do and I am frustrated because this printer has seemed to have issues since I have bought it! I run a small business and my printer is crucial, so when it does not work I get extremely frustrated! Please help!

Printer Printing Blank Pages

• Printheads can become clogged or misaligned, causing blank pages. You can run a printhead cleaning from the printer's settings or the HP Smart app:
  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Go to Printer Maintenance and select Clean Printheads. You might need to do this several times to clear any blockage.

Align the Printer:

• Misaligned printheads can also cause blank pages. To align the printer:
  • In the HP Smart app, go to Printer Maintenance.
