Printer HP Office jet 4657 has never printed anything

Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HI from belgium ,

I bought an HP Office jet 4657 in 2017 @ mediamarkt in Bruxelles , Belgium .

It has never printed a single letter . Not a single one . Even on test print .

I had no time to return the product and didn't use the warranty and had an old hp printer still working .

I am quite knowlegable about techniques .

I changed the cardridge ( black ink )

Nothing seems wrong with the printer , no error messages at all .

This is still a mystery ...

Along the years , i 've bought 3 cheap models hp printers . I am NEVER gonna buy those **bleep**s again . Totally unreliable

for different reasons . Always a problem .
