Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!

 

I am at a loss. I have an issue with my printer with I try to print in red. When printing, all the red text get printed yellow. I have checked my cartridges and cleaned them. I don't know what else the issue could be. Even when changing to a new cartridge, the same issue happens.
