Product: HP Photosmart C6280 All in One Printer

Have a HP Photosmart C6280 Al in one Printer that keeps sending me the message that the Lt Cayan cartridge is empty. Have replaced it with two different full cartridges and nothing works. Suggestions????

Hi,

have you replaced the Light Cyan cartridge, and not the Cyan cartridge by any chance?
