Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I went to Walmart and bought new HP cartridges, which don't work.   I've learned that since I have a two-year printing subscription, it doesn't recognize a bought OEM cartridge.  I used a live agent and he sent me new cartridges.  We troubleshooted before he sent me the cartridges and cleaned it 2x.  This is beyond frustrating.  I think I should buy a whole new printer and cartridges as I go along.  The process is frustrating.

HP Recommended

Print quality issues and how to solve them are explained in the user manual. In case your printhead has gone bad not even the new ink cartridges sent from HP will solve your issue.
