Hi.  I recently changed the black toner and cartridge below it (forgot what it's called) about 2 weeks ago with no issues.  We have noticed when printing color pages with lots of detail, the machine jams up constantly and I have to clear it all out.  This happened just recently and now all of a sudden, there is blue ink streaks/lines throughout all my documents that only require black ink.  Where black ink should be, there is blue in only areas.  Every sheet is different.  When I pulled out the blue ink cartridge (only a little to just look), I noticed there was quite a bit of blue ink on the cartridge itself.  I did not get any notifications on the machine that that ink was low.   We are on a budget here so I am trying to see if I can fix this myself.  Any suggestions??
