I have a 'cartridge problem' error message. It tells me my Tri-colour cartridge needs to be replaced or cleaned. I have tried cleaning it, I have unplugged the printer etc etc with no luck. Instant Ink won't let me request a replacement cartridge until the issue is resolved. Can anybody help?

I have shipped a replacement color cartridge out, you should be able to receive it in 3-4 business days.
Hope this helps!

I bought black ink catridge yesterday. Original HP 339.
I installed it but get the answer Problem with Ink catridge.
I have taken it out and put in in again. Turned of the printer and restarted it, but I still get the same error message.
What to do next?

I have the same issue with a brand new HP Envy Photo 6234. It prints fine but after a few minutes the cartridge error comes up and the lights start flashing and the printer loses connection.
resetting sorts it but only temporarily. I have persevered over 10 days the exact same thing keeps happening.
I have tried cleaning the contacts, resetting, unplugging, running with one cartridge taken out but it makes no difference. I have also tried telling the printer to clean the heads.
I have just subscribed to Instant Ink and assume I need to swap he cartridges but with plenty of ink that could be a while.
if this soliton worked please help me!
thanks

My problem was fixed by getting HP to ship me a new cartridge. I am with instant ink so didn't cost me anything. If not with instart ink, I suggest buying a new cartridge and if it works return the old cartridge as faulty.
