Printer can't accept it is enrolled in ePrint and won't print

HP ENVY Photo 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy Photo 6234 that has worked perfectly for over a year. A couple of days ago it started printing while I was sleeping without reason and it has been hell trying to get it to work since.   I've followed every fix from the virtual help and anything I could find online.  The problems have varied and I've overcome some to find others but my present issue is "Cartridge can not be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink" and I have reset the ePrint account details as if it was a new printer after returning it to factory settings but still nothing.  The printer says it is online, registered to ePrint, yes it's the same router details for computer and printer and yes the computer can find and add the printer.  It has been moaning about not having the correct drivers but that issue seems to have been replaced with the cartridge issue. I've been at this for 4 days solid!  Please advise me before it ends up out the window.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Check the Internet proxy server settings

  1. Locate the Internet proxy settings.

    • Windows: Search Windows for Internet, and then click Internet Options in the list of results. On the Internet Properties window, click the Connections tab, select your network, if necessary, and then click Settings.

The network settings menu displays with the proxy settings.

    • Write down the Address and Port values for your proxy server connection.
  2. From the EWS, click the Web Services tab, and then click Proxy Settings.
