Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7924e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I get an error on my printer that indicates that the printer can't communicate with the black inkt cartridge. I've already followed the online support page with the chat robot (update firmware, reset printer, replace and clean the cartridge, ...) but non of these things solved the problem.
