my printer cannot connect to instant ink when I open hpinstantink page, so that my printer cannot print, because it says that I didn’t enroll instant ink (but I did). I think it happened after I had set my printer to factory setting.
I did try to remove and re-setting my web service or sync my printer time but it doesn’t work.
p/s my printer is online (in hpinstant ink) but it says “Currently no connection to the printer possible. Try again later.“
