HP Recommended

I have a 477dw pagewide pro printer. A repair man came to change the cartridges and when he left the cartridges holder or tray was missing and the cartridges were just dangling in the area where they are supposed to be installed.  He then told me my printer is useless.  I used it the day before he came and the cartridges ran out of ink. I don't know the proper description for the cartridge holder and I've been looking for it for two years. I appreciate any help I can get.
