Printer cuts off right side of documents but not when copying.

My HP Deskjet 2755e copies entire document but when I've downloaded a document, the printer cuts off the right side.

Copy is perhaps fitting the content to the page OR the content fits on the Copy paper with respect to the required margins.

Important

DeskJet printers generally share these characteristics:

• The printers in the DeskJet series do not support Borderless printing.
• The printers in the DeskJet series require a larger margin along the bottom edge - 12.7mm or 1/2 inch

This is a hardware limitation -- there is no software or application "fix" to override the mechanics.

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	3 mm

The solution:

Edit the original document

Set the margins to no smaller then "narrow" (12.7mm or 1/2 inch all around)

Save and Print

OR

Export and Save the document to PDF format

Print the PDF file using available app or software for the device (computer, tablet, phone).

Scale the content to fit the allowed print space.

For example, Use "Shrink to Fit" or similarly named setting in the app / program you are using.

Normally, Fitting the content to the available print space on the page and paper will be enough.

If the PDF file refuses to print properly, consider "Print as Image".
