Product: HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer

My printer is cutting off the top cm or  1.5cm of every document whether printed via phone hp smart app or from my laptop. On all A4 documents printed (except for the test page on printer which prints fine ).

 

I have reset printer guides and ensured enough paper in machine. I have unplugged from wall and machine and reset. I have even uninstall print drivers and app and still doing it.

 

Any help appreciated.
