i bought new ink after i ran out, i replaced them as each color ran out, the Magenta was last, and at once i got an error, i put the old one in and it worked fine. i went back to the store and swapped them out, i replaced the whole set and the printer did its job for 1 day then mid print it stop and gave error again, went back swapped another set and stayed with error. when i check the printer assistant, it shows the yellow near empty with a red X.
