I need solution to why I have printer failure after installing new HP ink cartridge - like above individual, cannot get printer to work at all and would rather not have this printer go to landfill. Have HP ink, tried turning off and on and removing plug, checking cartridge moves, no paper jam - so must be something to do with replacing ink cartridges -- but I have checked them all and they are all new!
Help please.
