Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My printer has worked perfectly for over 2 years but now it only prints properly in black. If I attempt to print anything in color only red / prink tones are present. I have replaced all the cartridges, cleaned the print heads, updated the print drivers and run the HP diagnostics. Everything checks out OK according to the HP diagnostic tool and the printer shows all the color cartridges have adequate ink. I have tried printing from different devices to confirm it isn't related to my laptop etc but I am getting the same result. It is like the blue and yellow cartridges are empty / not installed, however I have replaced them twice but the problem still persists
