I just wanted to say how very disappointed I am with this HP printer. I bought it three years ago. I have barely touched it because I don’t print a lot. I was on the instant ink plan. But in order to save a little money, I canceled the plan and just bought an HP set of ink cartridges. And now suddenly my printer doesn’t work. We’ve done all the troubleshooting. They’re telling me it’s the printhead and that I should buy a new printer. This thing has barely been used. Literally I’m on my second set of ink cartridges in three years. They’re telling me I should buy another $400 printer as opposed to buying just the printhead. And they told me I should’ve extended my warranty. Which I never got an email about. Very disappointed in the quality. I will not be purchasing any more HP products.
