i have ordered a new printer head and I still receive the same error that it’s not placed or misplaced etc .

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help!

 

Since you have already replaced print heads and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue with the printer.

 

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.

 

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
