Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

Issue: "magenta ink cartridge empty - replace cartridge".  Replaced cartridge and now printer message states - "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged - M,C,Y,K".  Replaced all 4 cartridges and message now states - "Yellow cartridge is empty, replace with a new cartridge". Installed another Yellow cartridge and now received the "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged - M,C,Y,K"
