To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Are you using HP Instant Ink cartridges?
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
To resolve any ink cartridge related errors, refer to the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
