HP Recommended

Printer is connected to my MAC Book. Prints blank pages. The wrapping is off the ink cartridge.

Please let us know your printer model and macOS version.

 

Also, does internal hardware reports or using the hardware copy feature provide any output or a black page too?

 

This in order to identify if you are facing any print quality problem or a driver problem.
