Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is not functioning. Error says there is a cartridge jam, but no visible obstruction or broken part(s). There seems to be an issue with the mechanism that is under the cartridges when no in use (inside the unit, right side - central location, farthest from on/off button). It sounds different than normal when it moves position.  There is no visible obstruction. The unit has been functioning well, with no apparent signs of damage. Attempted to clear the "jam" several times, no difference in the outcome. Removed cartridges. No difference.
