Getting the message ‘defective cartridges’ for brand new ink cartridges. HP website read that updates have caused ink cartridges to fail and I could be eligible to free replacements (colors and black not working).
I’ve tried every cartridges interchanging and now my printer will not print. Can’t even just use my old black cartridge. Please advice.
