HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

My printer is printing blank pages or pages where the print is so light, it is not legible. I have confirmed that both printer cartridges are full. I have cleaned the print heads multiple times. I have tried the "Clean Smear" utility. I have checked that the printer firmware is up to date. I have checked every printer setting I can think of and can not find a reason for this. I have tried many different documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs. Nothing but blank pages. I have tried removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges. I have tried the copy feature on the printer and that also results in blank pages. I have unplugged and rebooted the printer. I have run a Print Quality Report which prints out a mostly blank pages with a couple of very small, very faded colored boxes. I have tried running the Align Cartridges tool but that does not print anything I can work with to try and fix anything. I am at a total loss and at this point am just assuming the printer is broken.

Any ideas?
