Product: Hp photosmart premium c309g-m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ran the recent updates and had to change my ink recently because it was empty.  I went to print a color document and the picture was blurry and the black font came out in a very light grey.  I don't know what to do?  How can I fix this?

I did it and it came out blank, so I think the black ink cartridge that a I put in must be faulty.  I will try to replace it again and see if that helps the issue.  It is annoying though as there goes $20.  Thank you anyway
