Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As you can see from the image, every time I try to print these PDF files on borderless printing, this is what happens (there is about 1.5 inches of white and the top of the file is cut off). If I take it OFF of borderless printing, it prints more towards the left so everything but the left side of the printed page has a border. I recently changed my ink, however, I was having this issue before I changed the ink cartridges. I made sure all settings are correct to print on A4 paper. Ran diagnostics on the printer, everything came back okay.
