Hi @KarlaEs,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already checked some basics, but here are a few more things to try.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there’s no paper stuck inside the printer, as this can prevent it from printing.
- Restart the Printer: Sometimes, simply turning the printer off, waiting a minute, and turning it back on can help reset any stuck processes.
- Check Printer Queue: Go to the print queue on your device (Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners) and see if any documents are stuck. If they are, clear the queue and try printing again.
- Check Connectivity: If you’re printing wirelessly, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network. You can try printing a network configuration page from the printer’s control panel to confirm it’s connected to WiFi.
- Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for the printer. You can download them from HP’s official support page.
- Test with Another Device: If you can, try printing from a different device to rule out an issue with the specific computer or mobile device you're using.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
