HI @Sunil-Meena_123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is producing blurry images with violet colors, there are several potential causes and troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Check Toner or Ink Cartridges

Shake Cartridges: If you are using toner cartridges in a laser printer, gently shake the cartridge from side to side to redistribute the toner evenly. This can sometimes resolve issues with color distribution.

Replace Cartridges: If shaking the cartridges does not resolve the issue, consider replacing them. Low toner levels or faulty cartridges can cause inconsistent color output.

2. Print Quality Settings

Adjust Print Quality: Check the print quality settings in your printer’s driver settings or control panel. Ensure that the print quality is set to a higher resolution for better color accuracy.

Color Management: Verify that the correct color profile or color management settings are selected in your printer settings. Incorrect color profiles can lead to skewed color output.

3. Paper Quality and Type

Use Recommended Paper: Ensure you are using the appropriate type and quality of paper recommended for your printer. Low-quality or incompatible paper can affect print quality.

Load Paper Correctly: Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray. Improperly loaded paper can cause paper jams and affect print quality.

4. Printer Maintenance

Clean Printer: Clean the printer’s interior and exterior surfaces, especially the paper path and toner/ink cartridge area, to remove dust and debris that could interfere with printing.

Run Maintenance Tasks: Most printers have maintenance tasks or utilities in their settings or control panel. Run these utilities to clean printheads (for inkjet printers) or perform maintenance routines.

5. Update Printer Driver and Firmware

Update Printer Driver: Ensure that your printer driver is up to date. Visit the manufacturer's website (HP in this case) to download and install the latest driver for your specific printer model.

Update Firmware: Similarly, update the printer’s firmware to the latest version. Firmware updates can resolve bugs and improve overall print quality.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
