I ave HP envy 5055 printer. I just replaced the ink cartridges to new ones. Still it is printer blank pages.

Are the cartridges HP or third party?

 

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve blank pages printing in your HP Envy 5055 printer.  Before doing the steps there I would suggest removing the print cartridges and making sure the protective tape has been removed from the printheads.  Be careful not to touch the copper tape with the electrical connections.
