Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I have just replaced all the inc cartridges and not no color will print and there are blank striped with nothing printing when using black. I have done all the trouble shooting and nothing is helping. Alignment sheet has no color and striped through it. 
it won’t let me do a printer head cleaning gives me an error. 
I am out of ideas please help.
