Hi @Shaneya1025,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand how frustrating it can be when you're experiencing printer issues and struggling to get assistance. It sounds like you've already checked the toner cartridge and everything seems fine there. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Restart the Printer: Sometimes, simply restarting the printer can resolve minor issues. Turn it off, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
Check for Error Messages: Besides the toner cartridge sign, are there any other error messages or codes displayed on the printer's screen? This might give more clues about what's going wrong.
Inspect the Printer: Carefully inspect the printer for any visible signs of damage or obstruction. Check for paper jams, loose cables, or any other physical issues that could be causing the problem.
Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues with your computer or device.
Try a Test Print: If possible, try printing a test page directly from the printer's control panel. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the connection to your computer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
