Ran trouble shooting & diagnostics. Diagnostics said nothing wrong, however printer still won't work. Trouble shooting finally said major problem with printer. Printer purchased 2018, so I know its out of warranty. I just purchased all new ink cartridges, so I just want to know if their is any hope, or is it shot?

This could be a hardware issue with the printhead of the unit and may need repair/Upgrade.
