My printer was purchased in US, but now I live in the MEXICO. How do I change the region of my printer to accept LATIN AMERICA ink cartridges? Now I have Z30 Cartridges.

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Since the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.
